Hi, I'm Javier. I started as an editor. Over 10+ years I went from cutting footage to producing, to directing creative teams, to running performance creative strategy for DTC brands. I still think like an editor: every hook, frame, and line of copy has a job, and the data tells you whether it did it.

Today I'm a Senior Creative Strategist focused on paid social: hooks, UGC and creator briefs, static concepts, and Meta campaign structure. I lead editors, creators, casting producers, directors, and GFX artists from first hypothesis to final cut. Then I go into Ads Manager to find out what worked, why, and what to test next.
Some results:

• Led strategy on 128 winning Meta ads at iRESTORE, beating account ROAS by up to 2.7x. That includes evergreen UGC that ran for 6+ months on six-figure spend.
• Built doctor and influencer partnerships and expanded whitelisting, putting credible voices behind our ads at better rates and longer usage terms.
• Cut CPA by 46% for a FinTech client, which let us double spend while staying profitable.
• Took 5,000+ ads from concept to upload, behind more than $9M in ad spend.
• Found an untapped audience (job seekers) for a Wireless Service Provider that drove a 50% lift in enrollments.
Reduced CPL by 24% for a hospitality client.

I also build the systems and people around the work. I managed direct reports producing up to 110 ads a week, and I designed a briefing system that cut turnaround time in half. I trained 15+ people in creative strategy and use AI every day to speed up briefs, research, and editing.

What I bring: fast concept-to-execution, sharp hook instincts, and the ability to hold a creative vision while working with media buyers, founders, and production teams. I'm competitive and I love to iterate. I like building teams that want to win as much as I do.
